Introduction

Welcome to our plans for Ashburton Road

MyPad is excited to bring forward plans for approximately 50 affordable homes on land south of Ashburton Road in Hugglescote.

The site offers the opportunity to provide secure long-term housing to those most in need, as well as supporting first-time buyers by helping them to get onto the property ladder. The plans also include the enhancement of the local recreation ground and could potentially deliver a new car park for the local primary school and recreation ground users, subject to discussion with stakeholders.

We now want to hear from the local community and get your input before submitting a planning application.
